been constantly moving towards safer and more effective uses of atomic energy.
Being the pioneer in the global nuclear energy industry, ROSATOM remains
the leader. We commissioned the world’s first commercial 5-megawatt reactor.
Today, we operate 34 reactors comprising over a total of 26 GW in capacity.
At the same time, we keep implementing projects to construct safer and modern
reactors, including 9 units in Russia and 29 units around the globe.
