OTEK has been offering digital meters for years and has recently developed loop-
power meters thanks to lower power consumption LEDs. Loop-Power meters will
display as long as there is a signal and will notify operators when the signal is lost. Unlike
old electro-mechanicalanalog displays, OTEK meters are not susceptible to vibration,
shock, or magnetism, and cannot stick.
OTEK meters are accurate to 0.1% and display both
graphically and numerically, offering decimal readings not
possible to read on analog meters.They offer 90 degrees
visibility from long distances and can be programmed to
change color when limits are approached or exceeded
using a green-yellow-red logic.
AZZ Nuclear | NLI has qualified OTEK meters for
nuclear applications.They use the existing wiring, and externally powered meters are also available to match the existing
configuration. Numerous OTEK meters are installed at operating nuclear plants in the US and overseas.
