Worker safety within nuclear power plants is
everyone’s concern. CoSeq
®
73 sequestration
resin provides selective uptake of Co-58 and
Co-60 cobalt species, helping to maintain low
activity in reactor water as well as reduce worker
exposure to these radionuclides.
With preferential absorptive capacity, CoSeq
®
73
is unaffected by ionic competition and selectively
removes activated and elemental Cobalt ions while
it improves the ionic load efficacy of traditional
ion exchange resins.The high efficiency of CoSeq

reduces critical path downtime during outages,
extends demineralizer service runs, reduces
